offers the ability to send online and offline instant messages to any number of users in the group/directory.  Message exchanges can be one-on-one or one-to-many (conferencing- driven by the user or the administrator/lead). The user has the flexibility to communicate with other AOL, ICQ, MSN and Yahoo IM services

The presence, contact and directory management module allows dynamic group creation based on either the profile or simply instructor/administrator lead. The presence, contact and directory management can be integrated with major directory services including NT/2000 Domains, ADS and LDAP.
