Developers would use a variety of technical tools to build high-quality products / applications that meet end-user needs. They review specifications from analysts and architects; develop and test application code, also create and maintain technical documentation.
Responsibilities :
Writing pseudocodes given on a design.
Writing source code given a pseudocode.
Peer reviews of Source Codes and Pseudocodes.
Unit testing of Source Codes.
Handling CRFS with minimal TAT.
To produce minimal TAT for CRF, Coding and Pseudocode
To produce minimal defects in Coding.
The position reports to the Project Lead.
Desired Qualification :
The ideal candidate should be a Graduate equipped with Web Development.
C# and Asp.Net ( Must )
Creating Queries in Sql Server ( Must have knowledge of at least one RDBMS like SQL SERVER, Oracle or MySQL )
Good at object oriented programming concept ( Must )
Web Services ( Added Advantage )
Windows Services ( Added Advantage )
Experience :
Minimum Experience 4 years.
Maximum Experience 5 years.

OOAD , Use case Analysis, C#, .Net, Asp.net , Relational Database Concepts, Sql Server.
He should have good problem solving and logical skills.
