| We are looking for a Project Lead working on Core Java Technology with 5 – 8 yrs of experience.
Should be able to manage all the phases of design, development, architecture and technical implementation of projects. The candidate would be at a Project Lead level reporting to the Project Manager. |

Production experience with Java 4/5 for at least 3+ years |

Knowledge of SDLC, Agile / Extreme development methodologies |

Linux & Windows experience necessary |

Expertise in server development and associated issues such as Scalability, High Availability, Load balancing etc. |
|
Should be a self starter, Team builder, and motivator. |
|
Proficient in JAVA, XMJava Servlets |
|
Java Servlets |
|
Java IO/NIO experience - network programming (Must) |
|
Very good on TCP/IP (Must) |
|
Work in Java, J2ME, MIDP Programming. |
|
Work on Symbian. |
|
Good at object oriented programming concept ( Must ) |
