Job description: We are looking for a Senior Manager – HR with 7 – 9 yrs of experience. The position would report to the Executive Director.
 
Responsibilities :

Defining and executing HR strategies for the organization.

Setting world class HR processes and policies to drive achievement of business objectives.
Design and implement progressive compensation and incentive programs towards talent retention goals.
Advise the management on various OD programs, including the organization structure, role definitions, performance management and training.
Build senior level teams across functions.
Building and sustaining a high-performance culture around organizational values .
Strengthening the Employer Value Proposition .
Develop sourcing vendors as strategic business partners .
Identifying newer & cost-effective talent acquisition methods .
Monitor manpower productivity levels .
Retain… using innovative methods .
Benchmark with Industry practices on Compensation & HR Practices .
Lead implementation of Functional Reward and Recognition programs .
Ensure HR deliverables on Employee Welfare & Benefits .
Build excitement around the Brand .
Support & guide on Employee Involvement Initiatives .
Keep pace up with emerging business compliance requirements .
HR Policy formulation & deployment .
Ensure delivery on Budgeting, forecasting & MIS
Provide inputs on outsourcing decisions
Ensure smooth functioning of Administration & Security in the Circle
Ensuring Statutory Compliance
Responsible for meeting Recruitment targets for the Organization.
Desired Qualification :
The ideal candidate would be a MBA HR, form a reasonably good institute.
People from IT based companies will be preferred.
 
Experience :
The ideal profile would be 7-9 years experience as a part of the HR team, out of which atleast 3 years in a medium to large CMM/PCMM IT organization. Competencies required will include knowledge of HR processes and best practices in HR.
Competencies required will include knowledge of HR processes and best practices in HR, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high energy and a passion for organization building and ability to conceptualize and present HR programs to the management. Knowledge / Experience in Climate Surveys , Balance Score cards, Psychometric Testing etc. is desirable.
People Management : Managed teams of atleast 4 people.
Minimum Experience 7 years.
Maximum Experience 9 years.

Initiative Taker.
Problem Solver and Logical Thinker.
Enthusiastic.
He should have good problem solving and logical skills.
Good communication and Interpersonal skills are a must.
