Pankaj,
a co-founder has over 18 years of experience in the
IT industry. As advisor to SCO in India, Pankaj created
marketing strategies and developed distribution channels
that helped SCO gain over 75% market share in the Intel
Unix market in India. Pankaj has had a varied experience
in the industry - from being involved in the first bank
computerization project to establishing a successful
sales organization for a software company.

| Kiran Kulkarni : |

Kiran,
a co-founder has over 14 years of experience in the
IT industry. A Director on the Board of Aftek Infosys
Ltd until 1999, Kiran has earlier worked with Honeywell,
Bharat Bijlee and Uptron. Kiran is an expert in networking
applications and web technologies and has led project
teams that have implemented solutions for DOT, DTE,
Blue Dart, Pidilite, Thermax and CARE. He was led a
team that designed and developed a path-breaking ERP
system for one of ACC's plants in the Middle East. He
also designed, developed and implemented Internet mail
services for the city of Belgaum. Kiran works with Geodesic's
development team to turn great ideas into useful software
solutions.

| Mahesh Murthy : |

Mahesh,
a co-founder has over 14 years of international brand
building experience in the traditional and interactive
worlds. Having worked with Trikaya in India, Mahesh
moved on to become Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather
in Hong Kong. He then moved on to the US and was creative
director and partner at CKS Partners, a Silicon Valley
based interactive consulting firm, where he worked with
several bellwether Internet brands - creating the online
identity for Yahoo! the launch of amazon.com, the interactive
marketing for MSN and IE3 and IE4 etc. He has been VP
Marketing at iCAT.com He consulted for Star TV and launched
MTV in India in 1993, and subsequently was country head
for Channel V in India, and subsequently conceptualized
and headed up vindia.com, Channel V's youth portal.

| Prashant Mulekar : |

Prashant,
a co-founder has over 10 years of experience in handling
finance. Having graduated with B.E. (Mechanical) from
VJTI, Mumbai and PGDM from IIM Lucknow, he worked with
TELCO and then with SIDBI (the principal financial institution
for the promotion, financing and development of small
scale sector industry) for 7 years. He then consulted
with various companies like Aftek Infosys Ltd., Hindustan
Platinum Ltd. Etc. He was also involved in restructuring
of companies to turnaround and make them viable again.
He surely serves as a strong back-bone to our finance
department.
