The spearheads analysing then existing scenario and realizing the growth potentials of the company, moved for a major corporate restructuring. In the year 2000, the business of the company was taken over by B V Holding Limited, a company in existence since 1982, which is currently known as GEODESIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS LIMITED. Geodesic is currently a team of 100+ people and our core competencies include RDBMS, Networking Applications, Web Technologies (including Interface designing and Interactivity) and Security protocols. Inspite of being new into the business of software development, Geodesic has managed to attract talented software professionals from top rank companies in India. |

Outlook for the year 2006-2007
The year gone by was a good year for the Company. Geodesic group expects to maintain its momentum in the year ahead and see the revenues to grow to Rs. 160 – Rs. 170 crores and Profit after Taxes in the range of Rs. 65 – Rs. 70 crores. We will monitor the response to our VOIP product that was soft launched on 31st March 2006 and revisit our outlook at a later date. |
