Manager - Customer Engagement Team
The person will be primarily interacting with Corporates and work towards becoming a trusted Solutions consultant to them. He would represent the Customer within the Geodesic Environment and become the defacto "Voice of the Customer".

- Qualifications: MBA (Sales/Marketing) - Preffered.

Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales and Post Sales Customer relationship Management.
- Mapping of Customers in identified corporates in order to identify overt / latent requirements.
- To plan, lead and execute marketing activities in the customer environment.
- Opportunity generation in the Corporates for various Solution Services.
- Post sale engagement and monitoring of revenue streams from the said services deployed.
- Renewal of Commercial Relationships where applicable.

Skills
- Strong communication skills (Verbal / Presentation) with clarity of thought is critical to the role.
- Tenacity and ability to retain focus in high pressure situations is essential to succeed in this position.
