Manager - Customer Engagement Team

The person will be primarily interacting with Corporates and work towards becoming a trusted Solutions consultant to them. He would represent the Customer within the Geodesic Environment and become the defacto "Voice of the Customer".

  • Role:     Manager - Customer Engagement Team
  • Location:     Mumbai
  • Experience:     4 - 7 years
  • Qualifications:     MBA (Sales/Marketing) - Preffered.
  • Responsibilities

    • Pre-Sales and Post Sales Customer relationship Management.
    • Mapping of Customers in identified corporates in order to identify overt / latent requirements.
    • To plan, lead and execute marketing activities in the customer environment.
    • Opportunity generation in the Corporates for various Solution Services.
    • Post sale engagement and monitoring of revenue streams from the said services deployed.
    • Renewal of Commercial Relationships where applicable.

  • Skills

    • Strong communication skills (Verbal / Presentation) with clarity of thought is critical to the role.
    • Tenacity and ability to retain focus in high pressure situations is essential to succeed in this position.
