Engineering Manager
The Candidate would be leading the Engineering responsibilities for the product Spokn and owning the Delivery responsibilities for the product and various Spokn services.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the deliveries of the different Spokn products and services.
- Formulate processes for the engineering team and ensure compliance of the same.
- Interact with the different stakeholders and ensure requirements of various development teams are fulfilled.
- Interface between Product Management and the Engineering team to roll out products as per given specifications.
- Create engineering documentation as required.

- Ability to handle multiple products / projects at the same time.
- Excellent understanding of processes and the ability to use the right process depending upon the needs.
- Technical background essential
- Excellent planning abilities and communication skills.
