With over 15 years of experience in the field of finance, Prashant Mulekar completed his BE (Mechanical) from VJTI, Mumbai, pursued a PGDM from IIM, Lucknow. Later, he went on to be part of TELCO and SIDBI (the principal financial institution for the promotion, financing and development of the small scale sector industry).

Also a consultant with various companies like Aftek Infosys Ltd., Hindustan Platinum Ltd., and a few more, he was actively involved in restructuring companies that weren’t doing good business and making them viable again.

Though reticent, this environmentalist is extremely witty.
