Pankaj Kumar has more than 23 years of experience in Indian IT industry. From his early years as technology design engineer and customer engineer, he moved onto to make a career in sales and marketing in the IT Industry. An alumni of IIT Roorkee (earlier University of Roorkee), Pankaj is a Co-founder and currently serves as Chairman of Geodesic. He steered the company during its formative years and led it to become a product oriented, technology focused idea driven company.
Prior to Geodesic, Pankaj has been an advisor to SCO. His marketing strategies and distribution channels network resulted in a 75% market share in the Intel Unix market in India. He was involved in the first ever bank computerization project in India.
Other companies that he has worked in the past are ORG Systems, Uptron India Limited, Telecommunication Consultants India Limited, Zenith Computers and The Santa Cruz Operations. He has been involved in many prestigious projects, ALPM (advance ledger posting machines) in banks, first total zonal office computerization, Public videotext services in Delhi, setting up distribution for software products through channels.
With music, reading and swimming as his hobbies, Pankaj is also an accomplished flautist. He is an avid movie-goer, is addicted to Mughal-e-Azam and claims to have seen it more than 30 times. |

| Mr. Kiran Kulkarni is the Co-founder/ Managing Director of Geodesic Limited and has held the helm since Geodesic's inception in 1999. An Electronics and Communication Engineer, Kiran is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company and works with Geodesic's development team to turn great ideas into useful software solutions. Kiran has led Geodesic to be the only Indian company to be ranked by Red Herring as one of the top 100 innovative companies in the world in 2006. Kiran pioneered a low cost value communication and collaboration system for the enterprise as well as a consumer. Kiran has one of the best long-term track records in the industry and was a Co-founder/ Director of Aftek Ltd prior to Geodesic. After a 12 year stint and a market capitalization of US$ 300 million or Rs. 12000 million, Kiran retired from Aftek's board to pursue building a brand out of India.
An expert in networking and web technologies, Kiran is the winner of 'The Indira Super Achiever Award' - aimed at recognizing professional talent that has made a difference.
Kiran has been part of technology companies for over two decades and is an active environmentalist. Kiran is passionate about agriculture, building Robots and driving his battery operated car in Mumbai. |

| Prashant Mulekar has more than 15 years of experience in the complex field of Finance. He graduated in BE (Mechanical) from VJTI, Mumbai and did a PGDM from IIM, Lucknow and then went on to work with TELCO and SIDBI (the principal financial institution for the promotion, financing and development of small scale sector industry). He then consulted with various companies like Aftek Infosys Ltd., Hindustan Platinum Ltd. etc. and was also involved in restructuring companies to turnaround
and making them viable again. Yet another environmentalist, Prashant too drives a Reva.
His colleagues say that although a reticent person, Prashant is extremely witty and has an in-depth knowledge of his field.

| Dr. Kelkar, an Adjunct Professor at KReSIT, is a Senior Life member of CSI, a Fellow of The Institution of Engineers, and a Fellow of the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering. Dr. Kelkar has written various Software books including Software Project Management (Prentice-Hall of India, Rev. edition 2003), Management Information Systems (Prentice-Hall of India, 2003), Structured Systems Analysis and Design (Prentice-Hall of India, 2004). Dr. Kelkar holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, U.S.A. , M.S. in Industrial Engineering from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor,U.S.A. and B.E. Mechanical Engineering from University of Pune, India. Dr. Kelkar is associated with Somaiya Institute of Technology since 2003.

| Vinod is a renowned name in the capital market. Finance, global perspective, strategic and investment planning are his expertise. He is considered as an expert in investment banking and and is known for his uncanny sense of timing that helped MGSF clock a remarkable performance.
His earlier assignments include working with Morgan Stanley for 11 years as Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of Morgan Stanley Asset Management. Mr. Sethi, who pioneered international investing in India, has one of the best long-term track records in the industry. During his tenure with Morgan Stanley, he set up its Indian business and grew its assets under management to US$2.4 billion. Vinod is also the founder of Sethi Capital Inc., a New York-based private equity firm that would invest in companies of the future.
He is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Mumbai and an MBA in Finance from Stern School of Business, New York University. Vinod is a martial art enthusiast and is passionate about Kung Fu.

Mr. Nitin Potdar is BA (Economics), LLB and a Solicitor from Mumbai. He holds the membership of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, Bombay Incorporated Law Society and The Chamber of Tax Consultants. He is a partner in renowned firm J. SAGAR ASSOCIATES, Advocates & Solicitors. He specializes in public and private mergers and acquisitions, including de-mergers, restructuring of business, asset & share purchase deals, joint ventures and strategic alliances, domestic and international capital markets, private equity and general corporate advisory. He is considered an expert in transactions related to Foreign Direct Investments, Indian Exchange Controls. He has extensive experience in private equity transactions on behalf of foreign and domestic funds including leveraged buyout transactions and exit options. He serves as Director of Format Automation India Pvt Ltd, Pramosalons India Pvt Ltd. Mr. Potdar has rich experience in Foreign Collaborations & Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Takeovers, Corporate Commercial, Securities laws. Presently he is a partner Associates. Prior to joining JSA, he was a partner for six years with Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. Prior thereto, he worked with Crawford Bayley & Co for eight a senior associate. He is a frequent speaker at several conferences and seminars organized by industry, institutions, and chambers on subjects like, Takeover Code, structuring of joint ventures. He has also authored articles and discussion papers on these topics.

The term "geodesic" comes from the word "geodesy". Geodesy is the science of measuring the size and shape of the earth. In its original sense, a geodesic is the shortest route between two points on the surface of the earth, namely, a segment of a great circle. This name reflects our mission.  |
