Nitin, a BA (Economics) and LLB, is a solicitor-partner in J. Sagar Associates. He holds the membership of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, Bombay Incorporated Law Society and The Chamber of Tax Consultants. He has also partnered Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. for six years. Prior to that, he was the senior associate at Crawford Bayley & Co for eight years.
He is an expert in foreign collaborations, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, corporate commercial, security laws and other allied matters. He has an extensive experience in private equity transactions on behalf of foreign and domestic funds including leveraged buyout transactions and exit options. He serves as the Director of Format Automation India Pvt. Ltd. and Pramosalons India Pvt. Ltd.
