With Geodesic since 2002, Swati has set up the company’s overseas subsidiaries. A member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, she excels in listing of equity shares, fund raising, acquisitions and restructuring.
A topper throughout her academic years, Swati ranked 13th at the national level in the CS finals. Prior to joining Geodesic, she practiced independently.
A person of varied passions, Swati loves music, dance, reading, writing, cooking and travelling. Any form of art (from paintings to performing arts) catches her attention. Sports have always played an important role in her life. An athlete and a basket ball player in her childhood, she also played tennis at the state level.
